My journey with Dowen began back in September 2014, when I started as an eager apprentice ready to make my mark. Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to have worked my way up to the role of Sunderland Valuer—after earning my stripes as a successful Sales Negotiator.

Living and growing up in Sunderland has given me an unrivalled knowledge of the area—something you simply can’t teach. I know the streets, the schools, the communities, and what makes this city tick. That local insight gives me (and my clients!) an edge that other estate agents just can’t match.

I have been employed with the Great North Property Auction to which Dowen was a founding member since its outset in 2014.
